SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description
SDP Works operates the sdpworks.com messaging program to send operational notifications to authorized users of the sdpworks.com platform. Messages are sent to caregivers, supervisors, and administrators of California DDS provider organizations.
Message types include:
- Visit verification alerts (clock-in/out confirmations, missed visit reminders)
- Schedule notifications (shift assignments, schedule changes)
- Account and security notifications (login verification, password resets)
- Compliance alerts (incomplete visit records, documentation reminders)
2. Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number during account registration or profile setup within the sdpworks.com platform, and by agreeing to receive SMS notifications, you expressly consent to receive text messages from SDP Works at the number provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the sdpworks.com platform. You may use the platform without opting in to SMS notifications. Alternative notification methods (email, in-app) are available.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your role and visit activity. Caregivers can expect to receive approximately 2-10 messages per active workday. Supervisors and administrators may receive additional summary or alert messages. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages.
4. Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time:
Text STOP to any message from us to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS notifications.
You will receive a single confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from sdpworks.com notifications. Reply START to re-subscribe. For help, reply HELP."
You may also disable SMS notifications in your sdpworks.com account settings. Opting out of SMS does not affect your access to the platform or other notification channels.

You will receive: "sdpworks.com by SDP Works. For support, email support@sdpworks.com or visit sdpworks.com. To opt out, reply STOP."

6. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. SDP Works does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
7. Supported Carriers
Messages are sent via standard US short code and 10DLC channels. Most major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and messaging preferences are collected and used solely for delivering sdpworks.com notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the sdpworks.com platform or email. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance.
